Wild Jewellery is run by myself, Charlotte. I complete every step of the business from sourcing materials, making, administration, customer services, packaging and posting your products. Privacy and safety of information is of upmost importance to Wild Jewellery.
All customer data is stored securely on a passworded system.
Payments are taken using a third party secure system via WIX payment system.
JEWELLERY CARE
All of our pieces are lovingly created using 925 Sterling Silver, Gold Vermeil, Gold Plating, Gold Filled.
In order to protect your jewellery, we recommend that your Wild Jewellery piece should avoid contact with hair spray, perfume, false tan, lotions, water, chlorine etc. Please handle with care and if gently clean the Silver with a polishing cloth few weeks.

I recommend keeping your jewellery in an air tight container/jewellery box or sealed plastic seal bag and in a dark space away from damp areas.
